Optimism | My friends call me Ang. Graduated from MICA w a BA in Graphic Design. Very lucky guy to be trained by Ellen Lupton and Abbott Miller. So obviously, I got a huge love for typography. I have an awesome job as a graphic designer in a small design/branding firm in Indiana. Every day is different. In a typical week I may be doing some brand strategy, art directing a corp video, supervising a photo shoot, doing showroom design or brochure design, makin a logo, writing a tagline, or even designing a custom piece of furniture. But that's my day job. When I'm not doing corporate work, I'm working on my own personal project. I started Evolution Stops Here five years ago as a way to sell some of my tshirt designs—I made them w this 'badass' philosophy in mind. A philosophy that has just taken ESH off the ground. I've picked up a camera and taught myself photography cause I work with so many models (Esh Models, who I cast). I work with local promoters and stylist to do fashion shows; and I have an online publication Esh Life that put the esh philosophy into a layout (typography again). I still design tshirt graphics, but I've also gotten into fashion design which is crazy. Anyways, I admire artists a great deal. I got on here to see what's out there, and share some of my stuff.
